Prince Harry's satellite of love for Cressida.

Prince Harry has been spending £5 per minute to keep in touch  with his girlfriend Cressida Bonas during his Antarctic charity trek.

Harry, 29, chatted with Cressida, 24, on a £1,200 Iridium satellite phone from the base camp where he and his Walking With The Wounded team-mates were snowed in until Friday.

‘Harry has been using the phone to check in with Cress,’ I am told. ‘They miss one another terribly.’

Before he left for the trek a fortnight ago, Harry gave Cressida the Help For Heroes bracelet he has worn for years.

Harry could be leaving his one-bedroom flat at Kensington Palace for a 21-room home there – next door to William and Kate.
According to Princess Michael of Kent, he is taking the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester’s apartment as they are downsizing.

 

Times can’t be too tough on Savile Row – Royal tailor Patrick Grant took a £14,000 Tracey Emin picture he owns to a framer two years ago – and has forgotten to pick it up.
Grant, who makes suits for the likes of Prince Philip, only discovered the artwork was missing when he spotted a similar one on the wall of  a restaurant near his workshop last week.
‘I said, “My God, I have one of those,” ’ Patrick, 41, recalled at a Johnnie Walker Blue Label & Alfred Dunhill party last week.
‘I left it at the framers and haven’t collected it for nearly two years. I bought it from a summer art fair. But it just slipped my mind and I’ve never collected it.’
Unfortunately for Patrick,  it’s so long ago that now he can’t even remember the name  of the framers.
‘It’s somewhere in Farringdon,’ he mused. Get your thinking cap on, Patrick!
